Hi! My name is christa and I'm 28 years old. Right now I am only looking for friends with the possibility of something more. I'm going through difficult times, but it hasn't stopped me from doing most of the things I love to do. Last May I woke up one morning and was getting ready for work when my legs started feeling weak. I sat down and within ten minutes I couldn't wiggle a toe or even flinch a muscle from the waist down. I was eventually diagnosed, after a lot of testing, with transverse myelitis. Luckily I am gaining more movement in my legs every month and should be able to go home eventually. Since my house has lots of stairs I'm just sort of stuck at a nursing and rehab facility unless I can find a short term apt. My life has had many odd twists and turns in it lately, but I am a strong girl who fights everyday for a little more independence. I'm a good friend and try to be a good person at every chance. I also have a sick sense of humor, so watch out! I am always down to make new friends and to just enjoy the company of people and the good things life has to offer, because as I've recently discovered, nothing is forever and you have to enjoy the now and never take it for granted. Some of my hobbies include just sitting outside chillin, smokin lots of weed, reading, crocheting, listening to music and watching movies. As soon as I can walk again I will once again enjoy hiking and boating and riding my dads motorcycle :) hit me up if you're cool and looking for a good friend! 420! One Love! P.s. I have to add that I'm very boisterous, loud, full of laughter, happiness and life. I love to tease and be teased.
