Probably dating taboo to admit this but although I enjoy meeting new people, I am quite shy to begin with and am not hugely self-confident. I could bs my intro but I'm a firm believer in honesty being the best policy. :) I have a son who I see a couple of days a week and I love him to bits. I am a bit of a geek about certain things and my knowledge of DW, LOTR, AvP could probably be described as encyclopaedic. If you recognise the acronyms listed, chances are we're going to get on just fine. I am also hugely into movies and TV and have a sizeable bluray collection. I do appreciate the quieter life and try and avoid drama whenever possible. I'm not a huge drinker but I have been known to enjoy the odd beer or whisky now and again. While not being hugely into politics, I do skew to the left so if you have intolerant views concerning certain demographics, chances are we're not really going to hit it off. This is probably the most I have ever written about myself.
