While in the throws of aggoraphobia some years back I gained a lot of weight. I lost 110kgs but now walk with a walker for assistance. I'm still trying to lose more weight, going to the pool three times a week for rehab and about to join a gym. Life was really challenging for me for some time and i learned to turn that around and change some things that weren't working for me. I still have challenges but am happy to say that I feel positive and eager for more in life than I ever did before. And I don't take anything for granted.
