I'm so grateful to live in glorious Devon, close to my family and I enjoy being outside, growing veg, doing Tai Chi and yoga.
I am interested in keeping myself healthy - both physically and mentally - by eating good food (preferably local and organic), living a simple life, using natural health care, keeping in touch with people who make me feel good about myself and caring for my friends and family.
I love my work - supporting young people with mental health and I am currently training in Integrated Eye Movement Therapy (it's very like EMDR).
My dream is set up something on some land (possibly a campsite with workshop space), to further support young people and their families to learn about positive mental health and a respect for nature.
