- I keep fit by swimming 2-3 times a week, walking of course and always ready for a new adventure, no planning needed and with the new found freedom of children now doing their own thing - just do it and go on the spur of the moment...
- looking forward to that meeting for a coffee or drink, which lasts until the chairs are all upside down on the tables, except ours !!!!
