I spend a lot of time out of doors, enjoying walking, cycling and swimming. I much prefer swimming outside, and walking by the coast and up gentle hills but - as yet - nothing too challenging. I also like kayaking, usually on lochs and lakes or gentle stretches of the Rivers Aln, Tweed and Coquet.
As a nurse, working shifts, I can be out and about at quiet times, which is great!
