I'm a single mom of 2 awesome boys who are 12 & 8. I have come across some big changes & hard times these last few months but i am adjusting well & handling it like a boss. I believe a good, optimistic state of mind is the key to happiness. I'm caring, genuine, honest, loyal, devoted, adaptable, laid back, kind, responsible, patient, forgiving, analytical, and open minded. I am also shy at first and a little socially awkward (but I'm working on that) so it's not easy getting me to leave my house. I will warm up very fast. Now, Would you believe me if i said i am actually mentally and emotionally sane? Well it's actually true!
2 things that really get under my skin are negativity & narrow-mindedness.
i enjoy my down time & don't let the stresses of life get to me. It ain't a life worth living unless you can stop to smell the roses every time there's a rose worth smelling. I'm always working toward improving myself and i welcome change. In life, everyone you meet will turn out to be either a lesson or a blessing. Believe me, I've already had more than my share of lessons. I'm ready for a blessing and I'm not accepting anything less.
Just seeing who comes around until someone manages to capture my interest. I don't have a particular "type" but i do know that every now and then I'll meet a guy i just can't take my mind off of. He will be the first thing i think about when i wake up and the last thing on my mind before i drift off to sleep. He will become more and more attractive to me every day.
